ReserveGrid OS is source-available with paid tiers gated by license key (see License). Access to observe mode and inline deployment is granted by request — not self-serve. Two ways to reach us, both go to the same person.
How to reach us
Direct line
Best for licensing questions, evaluation requests, escrow terms, audit inquiries, or anything that touches your operation's specifics.
Open issue
Best for technical questions, reproducible bugs, documentation gaps, or claims you want us to substantiate publicly. Auditor lens is first-class here.
What to include
To make the first reply useful instead of a triage round-trip:
- Who you are — operator, pool, auditor, researcher, press. We respond to all five, just differently.
- Your mining context (if applicable) — pool you operate or work with, approximate hashrate scale, current SV2 deployment status.
- What you'd like to do — evaluate against fixtures (shadow tier, no license needed), run observe in parallel with production, plan toward inline enforcement, audit the source, or cite the work.
- Specific questions or claims to substantiate. The shorter and more concrete, the faster we can answer with code or numbers.
Turnaround
We are a small team. We answer real mail.
For security-sensitive disclosures, prefer email and we will move you to an encrypted channel before any specifics are exchanged.
What this is for
This is the only page on the site that publishes the contact email. Other pages link here. We do this so the email surfaces in one auditable place — easy to find, easy to verify, hard to scrape into noise.
If you're trying to do any of the following, you are in the right place:
- Evaluate ReserveGrid OS in shadow mode against curated fixtures
- Discuss observe-mode access on real traffic
- Plan a path to inline enforcement
- License the binary for production deployment
- Audit the source on behalf of an operator or counterparty
- Reference the Failure Atlas or our reason-code surface in writing
If your question is "does this work yet" — read Architecture and Q&A first; most first-pass answers are there.
