License model
ReserveGrid OS is source-available with escrow continuity. Every line of code that ships in the binary is published in the repository and auditable by anyone. Commercial deployment requires a license — we do not offer free production use of the inline-enforcement path. The license terms keep the source open for inspection while reserving distribution and modification rights to Veldra, Inc.
Adoption tiers
The binary's runtime mode is gated by the tier attached to your license key:
Escrow continuity
If Veldra ceases operations, the full source releases under a permissive license through the escrow trigger written into the license terms. Your deployment, your configuration, your verdicts, and your data stay yours. There is no kill switch, no phone-home requirement for inline operation, and no proprietary blob in the verdict path.
Source audit
The full repository is published at github.com/LeavesJ/veldra. Audit the verdict path. Inspect the reason-code emissions. Run the test fixtures locally. We treat the auditor lens as a first-class user.
Binary license key
Paid tiers are activated by a license key that ships with your account. The key authenticates the ReserveGrid OS binary at startup; the tier attached to the key determines which deployment modes the binary will accept. Add the key to reservegrid.toml as license_key = "…". Manage your key from the account dashboard once provisioned.
